First polling in Bachmann's 6th District (KSTP/Survey USA), gives the BP Congresswoman a 9 point lead. This is a solid lead but, frankly, it is not insurmountable. I expected worse.
The numbers are 48-39, Bachmann over Clark with the IP Anderson getting 6%. Bachmann is under the critical 50% threshold for an incumbent, but she also has a wad of cash stored up.
It is still Bachmann's race to lose, but Clark has some numbers to work with. Especially a big gender gap. Clark has a solid lead among women and that can work to her advantage.
Looks like we have a race with Clark still having an uphill climb....but these numbers will certainly keep the attention level high and that is good for Clark and her fundraising.

Is this possible?
